Important Travel Details:

  • Regulations require that all passports remain valid for at least six months after your return flight. Please make sure that your passport is valid until May 27, 2023.
  • If you have both an Israeli passport and USA passport, you must bring both passports and both must be current (valid until May 27, 2023).  Enter your USA passport number on the registration form.
  • If you have an Israeli passport and you will be at least 18 years old, you should contact the embassy to determine if you need an exemption from the IDF.
  • El Al baggage limits: 1 piece weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Tickets will be emailed about one week before the trip.

  • If you would like to extend your ticket, you may request it when signing up for your flight.
  • The deadline to request an extension is October 6.
  • The cost to extend is $50 PLUS any difference in fare between the group flight and the flight you are requesting. If your first choice is not available for $50, we will get back to you with other options.
  • If your extension request is available with no difference in fare, we will change your ticket and email it to you for confirmation and payment. You must respond within a day if a change needs to be made. Once we change your ticket, we lose the original seat. It might cost more to put you back on the original flight.
  • If you plan to travel with another student, you should preferably fill out your flight forms on the same day and add a note that you are traveling together.
  • Extensions will be issued on a first-come first-served basis, as the airline limits the number of tickets that may be extended. You can also change your ticket after it is issued; the cost will be $75+ any change in ticket fare.
