Payment Terms
- $500 deposit due upon registration. This deposit is non-refundable.
- $600 due November 1st. $250 of this is refundable
- Remaining balance due January 15th. This payment is non-refundable.
- All costs are non-refundable as of January 15th.
- Prices listed are per person based on double occupancy.
- Program payment does not include gratuities. Recommended gratuities are $40 USD per person.
- All cancellations must be made in writing.

*The trip price is based on a minimum of 40 registered participants. If only 35-39 participants sign up, there will be an additional $100 surcharge per person. If less than 35 participants sign up, there will be an additional $370 surcharge per person.
OPTIONAL TRIP ADD-ONS
The pre-trip add-on costs $855. **Hotel space is currently sold out! If you would still like to join, please register, and we will try and find alternative lodgings. We will contact you with the location and pricing details before confirming.
The post-trip add-on costs $780.
Trip add-on pricing is based on 20+ registered participants for the pre- and post-trips. If less than 20 participants sign up for either trip, there will be an additional $165 surcharge for the pre-trip and/or an additional $155 surcharge for the post-trip.
