  • Group ticket price is $1,188.
  • If you would like to extend your trip either before or after the group, click here for deadlines and instructions.
  • Regulations require that all passports remain valid for at least six months after your return flight. Please make sure that your passport is acceptable.
  • If you will be flying into New York City to join the group, allow at least three hours between your flights.
  • LOT baggage limits: 1 piece weighing up to 50 lbs.

    • $500 deposit due with application. This deposit is non-refundable.
    • $1,000 due March 1st. $500 of this is non-refundable.
    • Remaining balance due May 13th. This payment is non-refundable.
    • All costs are non-refundable as of May 13th.
    • To receive the early bird special, all payments must be received April 1st.
    • Price includes tips for driver, security guard, and meals. Please bring some cash along to tip the guide.
    • All cancellations must be made in writing.
